Enjoy the sunset relaxing in the jacuzzi on the approx. 800 sqft terrace, with a breathtaking view. Bake a pizza in the outside wood-fired oven, or take a sauna. The apartment is furnished in alpine chic and offers 2 underground parking spaces with a charging point for your electric vehicle , and 2 carport parking spaces. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
