celebrated my 30th bday with some friends in prague and found this gem to stay at. we all loved the place since it was so perfectly located with walking distance to the main station and city center. it was reasonably clean, looked like the pictures and had everything we needed for a nice weekend. the best part is the big living room which is nice for spending time with everyone and eating together and also that you can have several apartments within one building so everyone is close by. communication went well too. will definitely stay there again & would recommend it to anyone traveling with a big group.

Relatively central location, very nice hosts. It served my purposes as a place to sleep very well. A minor note- the balcony is small and was a bit cluttered for my stay. Balconies in this building are located inside the building's internal shaft, which is relatively narrow and very quiet.

Great and spacious apartment in the centre of Prague. Almost all sights and recommendations were in walking distance. Communication at check-in and check-out was absolutely straightforward. Overall a great stay for us. We'd love to come back !

A very lovely host – she helped with the check-in and explained everything clearly before I even had to ask. The location was perfect, we could easily explore the Old Town on foot over two days. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. There was some renovation work in the building, but since we were out during the day, it didn’t bother us at all. Thank you for everything!

My favorite aspects of the property were the window views, the bath, the washing machine, the two outdoor spaces, and the peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of the city center. We had a great stay at Slavo’s place. First of all, you get to meet Slavo personally as he lets you in and shows you around, and he is helpful if you need anything. This is an extra value compared to the places where you never meet the host, and you are not sure if the messages you exchange with the host are written by a human being or an AI. The place is clean and comfortable, our kids loved the big Mac for watching the cartoons in the morning. The studio is located in the middle of a thriving Holesovice district that will cater for all your needs and is as well connected to the surrounding neighborhoods. I will book this place again next time I am in the city with my family, Regards, Martin

Comfortable, beautiful retreat

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Jiri is a very nice host. He prepared some food for our stay such as milk, juice , local beer, local honey, coffer capsules and the eggs from his farm! He also give us some advices for traveling in Prague. He prepared rabbit meat and more organic eggs for us because everyone like it. The facilities in the kitchen is best one in the villas I have ever stayed during last few years. You can find almost every things in the kitchen even a rice cooker

This is definitely a 5 star accommodation. Beautiful serene surroundings, fairytale-like cottage, cool interior, nice BBQ area and Tomáš was a super host. He was always available 24/7 like he said, very friendly and easy going. We were a family of four with two small toddlers. Will for sure come again, thank you!
