We offer accommodation in a private, attic apartment in the center of the small town of Lomnice nad Lužnicí (10 km from Třeboň - an attractive place in South Bohemia not only for cyclists and families with children). Lots of swimming options (Třeboň water park, Veselské sand pits, ponds). The apartment is on the first floor of a family house, where the lower part is occupied by us - the owners. We are available to our guests when needed and are happy to advise on where to go for trips around the area or anything else.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). The house is completed in 2018 located in a fenced garden next to a family house in the outskirts of the village Lužnice, 6 km from the spa town of Třeboň. The accommodation includes the use of outdoor seating and barbecue facilities and storing bikes in a closed garage. Accommodation is suitable for nature lovers, nearby are forests, the Lužnice river,near the village pond Rožmberk. There is also a shop and an inn in the village. Jednoduchý, skromný typ ubytování, nerekonstruovaný byt z 70. let minulého stoleti, pro nenáročné cestovatele. V docházkové vzdálenosti centrum, vlakové a autobusové nádraží. Byt se nachází v 1. patře bytového domu z 19. století. V koupelně je vana, v umyvadle v koupelně neteče teplá voda (trubka je ucpaná asi někde ve zdi a rekonstrukce by byla velmi složitá a drahá).

During your stay, you will have full access to all the amenities, which include; 2 bicycles, a grill and also darts. You can use a private pond for swimming or fishing. We look forward to your visit.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
