Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

Charmantes Privatzimmer in Bauernhaus

Our farmhouse is situated at the famous black forest western hiking trail and on a hill with views overlooking three countries. Our guest room offers a small kitchen unit with a fridge where our guests can prepare breakfast and cold meals. There is no water supply in the bedroom but in the spacious bathroom opposite. You can find restaurants from vegan, traditional to haute cusine within a less than a mile. There are buses to Basel, Lörrach and Kandern. By car it takes 20 minutes to Basel.

Willkommen im Albtal Menzenschwand! Bei uns kannst du Wandern, Baden, Skifahren, Sterne genießen, Weltkulturerbe besichtigen oder Lagerfeuer machen und im preisgekrönten Revitalbad relaxen. Das Rehbachhaus liegt umgeben von den Hängen des Naturpark Südschwarzwald am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes unterhalb des Feldberg. Stilvoll renoviert blickt es auf Wiesen und Berge. Erholungsort für Naturliebhaber mitten im Biospährenreservat Südschwarzwald liegt Schweigmatt. Über dem Wolkenmeer der Rheinebene steht unser schönes Waldhaus. Starte deine Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür am Westweg, oder Mountainbiketour durch den Schwarzwald. Fahre mit der S-Bahn (8 min mit dem Auto .) in 30min. Nach Basel, Frankreich ist 45 Minuten entfernt, Freiburg eine Stunde. Feldberg 45 Minuten. Achtung: Schwimmbad Schweigmatt nur für Vereinsmitglieder.

A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. Uniquely situated near the border of three countries - Germany, France, Switzerland.
