Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy surroundings in the newly built red wooden cottage "Søglimt". The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Apartment 3 is 80m2 with three bedrooms, private bath and kitchen-living room. The apartment is newly renovated in Nordic style with wicker furniture, hearing blankets and exposed beams. Enjoy your meals outdoors at your own picnic table, by the fire, or in our new orangery with a fireplace. Dog allowed. Birkelund has its own charging stations for electric cars.

Cosy fishermans cottage near Allinge

We are renting out our family holiday house, when we are not using it ourselves. The house is a very cozy fishermans cottage from 1680 and is located 50 meters from the cliffs, the sea and a tiny beautiful beach. The garden is naturally divided into two levels by a big granit rock. The lower terrace is secluded and sheltered and the upper timber deck has amazing views. As this is our very-much-loved family holiday house we have private items there and we ask you to take good care of them:)

Hammershusvej 15B - Sandvig's first school from 1855

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used for apprenticeship. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of Living room, kitchen bedroom, shower and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor – The stairs up to the first floor are shared with neighbor the apartment 15a. From the kitchen there is direct access to a cozy garden.

This holiday home is a lovely little soulful cottage with colorful and quirky decor. The house "hides" in the middle of Tejn town in a unmistakable hilly garden with rocky outcrops. The island's most beautiful lagoon beach is just 1.2 km away and on, the most beautiful hiking trail goes to Allinge. The house has its own parking space with electric car charger!
