A fantastic place, what a great house, also the garden is great. Lots of attention to decor and decoration. Communication was very nice and constantly possible for help.

Tim and his wife are very friendly people, who understand what it's all about when you want to spend a night carefree. We stayed at the Coach House with New Year's Eve and it was lovely. All the peace and quiet to spend a cozy New Year's Eve. Tim responded very quickly, was super easy to reach and thought along with us. Thank you very much for the very nice stay and very tasty breakfast.

A real family home for young and old! You don't have to leave, everyone can have a great time here in the house, garden and shed. Supermarket within walking distance! Super cozily furnished. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Friendly and responsive host! We want to come back next year!

A very cozy spacious holiday home with a very large garden. A good base for hiking and cycling there. It is an added value that you can put the bikes in a storage room. With small children, it's worth paying attention to the two small ponds The trampoline could use a covering edge and the swing may also need to be replaced. The petanque court is very nice.

Had a nice weekend with the group of friends. Enjoyed the space both inside and out and the quiet area. It was easy to communicate with Nanda. Very friendly and helpful.

Business stay to Düsseldorf area

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

Super nice house in the countryside with enough space for 14 people! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Nice house that lent itself well for a cosy game weekend! Beautiful and spacious; the only thing we missed were an oven dish and a cutting board, but otherwise the cottage had everything we needed. Communication with hosts went smoothly and pleasantly. Would definitely return here!

What a wonderful stay! The five of us greatly enjoyed the cozy cottage at the holiday park De Leistert. Beautiful secluded, well maintained, with comfortable furniture and the luxury of a private sauna and hot tub – really enjoy! The green surroundings were beautiful and trips to Roermond and Venlo made it all the way. Thanks again for the hospitality, we'd love to come back!

Beautiful canal house in a superb setting, ideally located in the park (grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool 100m away). Modern and spacious house for 8 people, with all amenities. The house is also perfectly located: a 15-minute walk through the woods to reach the Parc de la Haute Veluwe, a 30-minute drive from Apeldoorn and Het Loo Castle. Thanks to Hubb who was very responsive and made our stay easier. We'll be happy to go back! Stéphane
