The Flat is fully renovated, consists of 2 Sleeping rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a seeting area. Familys and pets are welcome. On request to the owners sauna/ washer /dryer are also available against a small fee. The visitor's tax need to be paid on site to the owner. The tax is € 3.20 per person per day from the age of 15.

Our apartment MooRooM with mountain views is in a quiet location on the sunny side of the idyllic, small village called Dalaas at the foot of the Arlberg. The apartment with separate entrance has been recently renovated and offers everything you need to feel quite comfortable: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy sofa corner, a double bed and a sofa bed can accommodate four people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, towels and a hairdryer.

The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
