Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Close to the beach and golf course. You have to bring your own sheets and towels and you have to take out garbage and do cleaning after yourself. Pet-free cabin - no pets. Smoking only outside. It is 30 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant if you do not want to take a ferry to Lysekil or Fiskebäckskil. Games, tv and wifi.

Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture.
