Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large courtyard with a covered terrace and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
