Great for a swim in the river, a hiking trail and a great ice cream parlor and restaurant by the river. Miles is a great resource and hails down from generations established in the area.”

On your days off, the neighborhood is such a beautiful walk with tree lined quiet roads. Each room is equipped with blackout curtains, a personal AC unit (adjustable to your comfort level), a personal heater, TV with streaming services, nightstand, dresser, and keyed entry.
“I stayed at Jocelyn’s place while passing through for work. She was so warm and welcoming and had a welcome basket for me with things I may need for the stay. The area was residential and very safe and it was easy to find street parking outside the residence. The bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom. Athena (the dog) was super playful, never came into the bedroom, and was not inside the house unless the owners were home. I would definitely stay again if I were to come to Modesto.”
