great place to stay. it has a very beautiful lake, and it is quiet and close to the nature. the place is very clean and has everything we needed, including washers and detergents. would recommend this place to other friends

Amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of downtown but it doesn’t feel that way. Peaceful and unobstructed view of the water. Quiet neighborhood as well. Great option!

I was pretty sure I was going to enjoy this place based off location and the photos... It may actually be my favorite Airbnb to date, and I've stayed at a bunch. Sometimes stylish and artistic can look good, but not feel cozy or be useful. This place is functionally comfortable as well as being visually appealing. Sweet welcoming touches, and even bikes to borrow - I had brought my own bike up, but the option is there for others. Literally right on Ship Creek, I loved the sound of the babbling water, ducks and gulls. Also, being on Ship Creek means it's also right on the bike trail. I powered out a full Moose Loop right from the front door on Saturday morning. The bed is extra comfortable, as is the couch. Somehow the living room gets both morning, afternoon, and evening sunlight. I did yoga on the sun-dappled living room floor. It's not quite a full kitchen, but with the portable 2 burner stove top and ricecooker (and microwave, it's well set up to make a meal or two.

Our stay was wonderful! This place has so much room. We had 2 grandchildren (age 5 & 10) with us and they loved it also. Only issue we had was a complaint from people whom lived below. We respected the quiet hours from 10-10 everyday. We did not know 1 of them worked 2nd shift, and got woke up by the kids couple mornings? They were playing tag out on deck one time. We told them we were sorry and would try to respect their wishes. From then on we worried about being quiet. This place is very close to grocery stores, gas, Walmart, Fred Meyer’s, and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and very convenient. There is a park 2 lots down which we went to and kids played and fed ducks. There is also a Church (Creekside Church) about 5 miles away, very nice Church and made us feel welcomed. The kids loved the Children’s Church also. This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular.

Diane & Jonathon’s apartment was a great place for us to start our Alaskan trip in Anchorage. The location is perfect and has everything you need. Great views of the water and park! Would stay here again.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Had guys out there for a job from Michigan, they enjoyed every bit of the stay from house to location. Very easy communication. Will be staying again!

Johanna’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough from town where you don’t feel rushed but close enough to be apart of the life in Anchorage. The amenities she lists are as described. She is the perfect host. She gives you privacy but is also very responsive. It is definitely a home away from home.

Allisons place was so beautiful! Everything was clean and we felt right at home. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the loons. We were visiting our son who is in the Air Force and it was so nice to spend a few days with him in the peace and quiet. We used the canoe and kayak to go fishing and our son caught a pike. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

Fantastic view of the frozen lake from the deck! We thought winter there would be boring and covered with white snow, but we were wrong. The iced lake reflected beautiful blue shade when sunrise and sunset. It is Amazing! We enjoyed our entire time staying at the property. From the windows of open spaces living room and dining room and from the deck, we can see open beautiful lake view. The house is big, beautiful, open spaces and by the beautiful lake. Feeling of welcome when we first stepped in. The house is very clean. We had everything that we needed there. Owner provided quality materials to use. Host Rebekah is very nice. She responded to our questions within a short period of time. A plus that I would giving for this house is the water came from the refrigerator tasted better than most other the water bottled. We appreciated water source in AK vs. CA I wish I could stay there longer. Definitely will come back.

This beautiful house is only exceeded by the awesome lake and mountain view. 6 of us stayed here for a week and we're more than comfortable. The house has everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, lots of pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. There was plenty of staples too. I highly recommend renting this house you will not be disappointed.

Amazing spot right by Campbell Creek. Peaceful and out of the way, but still close to all the town things.

This was one of our favorite airbnb stays to date! This home was perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated and extremely family friendly. My children felt right at home . I loved the family friendly accommodations and the hand written welcome note. We would love to visit here again!
