The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

Everything was perfect and Davide and his team always looked for us! If I’m in Koh Samui again, I’ll come to Davide!

This place is something everyone has to try. Mimi and Jojo are very very helpful and made our stay and trips to places easy. breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed staying at this place and love to visit this place if ever made a trip to Phuket in future. Thank you for everything!!!!!

The service of the staff is amazing and the view is second to none. The home feels like a resort and was more than plenty of space to host our family. Do note that the property is on a steep hill (which is why the view is amazing) that it's not easy to get around and even catching taxi was a bit difficult.

Where to start This was the best Airbnb we stayed at Fantastic house with spacious pool nice rooms and everything to high level of quality! The absolute extra are Mahd and Kai who are there to help around the house and also make the breakfast everyday. They made us feel like home and where always very helpful The house is located at the hill just to know not every taxi goes up there but must highly recommended!

Probably the most stunning property I have ever stayed in! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Su and her husband were amazing and so friendly and kept the villa spotless the whole duration of the stay. Adam was excellent, very friendly, gave lots of great recommendations and was always on hand for any questions throughout. I cannot recommend this villa enough if you are visiting Koh Samui. Perfect location and easy to walk to lovely restaurants, shops, massage parlours and of course the beach. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We didn’t think it was possible for the place to look as good in real life as it does in the pictures but IT DOES! The villa is a truly remarkable slice of luxury with spacious rooms beautifully decorated in the Thai style. The infinity pool is enormous and just magnificent, almost making you not want to leave to explore the area. The hosts are super proactive and flexible making us feel welcomed. The villa staff are friendly and always looking to help in any way including preparing outstanding breakfasts bursting with fresh fruits. In short, this property is the ultimate HQ for a more refined quieter Phuket experience away from the hustle of Patong yet still within reach of everything the island has to offer. I highly recommend it.

Stunning place with incredible views, everything is thought through, easy to book transfers from and to the villa (the hill is just a bit too steep to walk, unless you’re really fit), a lot of instructions provided for things you can order straight to the villa, from food to massage or private yoga classes. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Would highly recommend for a group of people or family.

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

Beautiful villa in excellent location, secluded but close enough to Kamala. The private chef also cooked amazing food for us during the stay and the transfer was seamless.

Communication was always quick. Very friendly managers, Nikki and Yan. Minor issues were quickly resolved The location is very good for excursions in all directions on the island (motorbikes for rent is highly recommended!). The house has air conditioners and fans in all bedrooms in the living area, great large kitchen-living room. The very nicely designed garden was well maintained. The pool is quite large and was always very clean. Delighting: Drinks to start in the fridge and plenty of coffee, pool table ! Highly recommend!

Kanok is the most awesome of hosts. Willing to help set up car rental, taxi pickups and extra cleanings throughout our stay. She went above and beyond at all levels. The home itself is very kitschy and cute and has all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately it is a bit out from city of AoNang but the rental car helped a lot and parking is pretty easy in AoNang and free for the most part.

Our stay was perfect! The villas are beautifully decorated, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a bit remote, we enjoyed it very much!

This is the most beautiful air bnb we have ever stayed in. From check in, to communication, location, cleanliness, staff, and most importantly that view. We stayed for three weeks with a toddler and baby and the villa was so easy to access and there is even a trampoline, little slide and soccer field to use. It was super easy to walk into town (about 15 mins on flat road) otherwise the staff helped us rent a motorbike and a car for bigger trips. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and Mermaid were always quick to respond to anything we needed or the one million questions we had. I couldn’t recommend this villa more. It was the best stay we had on the island and we will definitely be coming back. Chaloklum is the cutest little town with the best beach and delicious food on the island. You can’t swim directly in front of this villa but it is a 5 mins walk to get to Malibu beach which is glorious. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Lovely villa, beautiful views of both a waterfall, jungle and haad salad sea view beyond. Perfect to host a dinner party, comfortable beds and great surround sound system. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ⭐️
