There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia. Approximately 6 km to the shops. Approximately 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation service to our location.

The workshop

2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, new kitchen and bath. There is easy access via code lock, so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. It is about 700 meters to shopping as well as bakery. Cozy and peaceful garden where no amenities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss lakes. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Newly renovated and charming 3-room apartment (60 sqm) in Kolding's Latin Quarter, a few minutes' walk from shopping, cafes, Koldinghus and Slotssøen. Two separate bedrooms with room for three people in total. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view of Koldinghus and the neighborhood's houses and yards. Access to the courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and pick fresh vegetables in the greenhouse in the summer. The apartment has its own entrance via the house's shared staircase.

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Cottage at Binderup Strand

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in a small cozy cottage near the forest and beach. There are great opportunities to swim at the beach or take a walk in the nearby forest. You can also go to the scenic and historic Skamlingsbanken to enjoy the view or visit the small fine experience center, which describes the historical events in the area. The house is functional and cozy with a centrally located wood stove inside and a nice private garden outside. The living room overlooks the ocean.

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.
