In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

The swim dock is about 30 meters away, so a dip from the sauna to the lake is great! There is a fixed cast grill in the lawn yard, plus a Weber charcoal grill. During the summer season, you'll have access to a rowing boat and a paddleboard at no additional cost. In the heat, a new air source heat pump keeps the cottage cool.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. The spark is atmospheric, a warm sauna cottage that was completed in 2015 by the small river. In the noise of the water you can relax in the sauna, barbeque, or in the flame of the outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small sand road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about 30 min drive away, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2 km away. We have canoes for rent and lunch packages with local products available.
