Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

From May 1, 2025, overnight guests in the state of Salzburg can travel by public transport free of charge.

Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Welcome to the organic farm Ulbring. Take the whole family with you and enjoy the nature and its animals at our farm. A separate bedroom awaits you, as well as a bunk bed and a single bed in a niche in the hallway. Privacy is also achieved here through curtains. You have the whole apartment for yourself. Private front door and car parking space. Not accessible as it is on the 1st floor. There is a shared simple seating area and a porch swing in the garden.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.
