The apartment is particularly suitable for families or groups who want to explore Mannheim/surroundings. Mannheim city center can be reached in 10 minutes by car and in 15 minutes by tram (stop 350 m away). The apartment is conveniently located near the highway, so surrounding destinations such as Heidelberg can be easily reached.

We are located in an idyllic location near Bietigheim-Bissingen. Directly between the Untermberg ruins and the Enz-Aue near the Nature Park recreation center: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. From strolling in the historic old town to enjoying nature... Through a home office area with a 100Mbit line, remote office should not be a problem. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-formed bathtub that invites you to relax after work;)

The apartment has everything your heart desires and is fully equipped… Three beautiful bedrooms have been furnished with new furniture and antiques. Depending on the number of guests (max. 7 guests), the three bedrooms are made available. As standard, one bedroom is available for double occupancy. You can also book two bedrooms by arrangement. With a desk each, you can work relaxed here. From the 3rd guest onwards I charge €50 per guest per night.
