We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Our holiday apartment is located in the right part of a detached house in the Carinerland OT Neu Karin in M-V. Through a separate entrance, the guest has complete privacy. From the kitchen you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and in the outdoor area there is a south-facing terrace. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, age-appropriate (partly also handicapped-friendly). For peace-seekers and nature lovers. A free Wi-Fi connection is available.

Our holiday home offers 130 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enough space for up to 6 persons. The house is nicely furnished and comfortably equipped. You will find a new and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with fireplace, two bathrooms, a sauna, a room with a multifunctional fitness equipment and a large living area with radio and new TV. From the kitchen you can access the terrace and the beautiful garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

The exterior cladding of spruce shingles blends seamlessly into the light-colored aspen wood in the interior, and here you feel in perfect harmony with nature. Warm light streams into the house through the large panoramic windows and conveys the harmonious atmosphere of the surroundings. Even in cooler temperatures, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

The Villa Seeblick holiday home is located in Rheinsberg and offers beautiful lake views. The property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, as well as beach and pool towels. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.
