Sigmaringen is located on the Danube, the well-known Danube Valley Cycle Path goes directly through Sigmaringen. There are via ferratas, hiking trails and cycle paths for leisurely and sporty cyclists. You will find natural lakes or landscaped swimming pool Lake Constance is 40km away. Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It is simply and functionally furnished. All rooms have daylight windows. In the apartment and on the terrace you have absolute peace. You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

The cozy 1-room apartment is located on the second floor in the historic Villa Laur, which was renovated by us with much love in 2023. Located on the banks of the Danube and at the foot of Hohenzollern Castle, the apartment offers a central starting point for exploring Sigmaringen and the surrounding area. Whether canoeing, climbing or hiking in the Danube Valley, boating on Lake Constance or cycling tours over the Swabian Alps, there's never a dull moment here.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.
