Die Straßenbahnverbindung 043, welche zum Bahnhof Uerdingen sowie zum Krefelder Hauptbahnhof fährt, ist in nur 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Supermarkt, Bäcker, ein Cafe und eine Tankstelle sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in 2 min zur Autobahn A57, um bspw. in 15min in Düsseldorf oder 45min in Köln zu sein.

The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

The apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom with shower / toilet and washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher and microwave, a dining area (4 people) and a spacious living room. In addition, the apartment offers its own outdoor terrace with seating and a parasol. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Excellent connections to Düsseldorf, Neuss, Willich, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld: 3 min to AB A44/A57. Only 12 km to Düsseldorf Airport and Düsseldorf Trade Fair. Bus stop only 200 m away.
