In the modern apartment there is everything necessary for a short trip - kitchenette, tea kettle, dishes, modern bathroom, balcony. You are 300m from Lake Constance. Leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity and in 5 minutes you will be at Konstanz. Ps. The pictures of the lake are from the neighborhood of the apartment and were not taken directly from the apartment.

Welcome to our pretty 2 1/2 room apartment in Ermatingen, 20 meters from Lake Constance We've been renting it for 14 years. The living space of the apartment is about 65 square meters and is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Highlight: Completely new kitchen from March 2019 with dishwasher, induction stove with oven, large fridge with freezer compartment. 8 Pfoten welcomes you right on the lake

We two hosts Tschitscha and JJ (2 cats) look forward to seeing you. Our lakeside apartment (above the restaurant) includes a living room, a small and a larger bedroom like a spacious bathroom with changing room. So spending a few days by the lake without the stress of everyday life is pure quality of life. We would like to have 2 cats some food in the morning and in the evening ;-) but we will explain that to you when you are there.
