Comfortable 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed for two people. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh bathroom. The washing machine is located in the basement (appointment required). Borrowing bedding and towels are included in price. Smoking and animals in the apartment are not allowed. The Housing Association's rules must be followed with, for example, silence between 22:00-07:00.

Newly built (2022) studio of 33m2 that has most of what you need. A 140cm bed in private sleeping alcove + 160cm comfortable sofa bed available. Terrace, parking and barbecue grill included. The property is located in scenic Öjaby in Växjö with only 400 meters to lake with beach. In the area there are playgrounds, swimming, hiking trails, bakery and kayak rental. 3,5 km to Växjö airport and about 6 km to the train station and Växjö city center. Furnished one-bedroom apartment of 20 m2 overlooking Växjösjön and only 5 minutes walk to Centrum and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Växjösjön. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim, or restaurant visit.

Welcome to live in a newly built apartment on top of a garage, own entrance upstairs and a balcony with a view of nice nature and forest. Walking distance to a lake ( 600 meters). Fishing possible. 7km away you will find Tingsryd, with stores and restaurants. The apartment is optimal for 2 people, but it is possible to stay up to 4 people if desired., extra bed and mattress on the floor. The owner also lives on the farm. Note that ground work remains during to complete the garden.

Övernatta i denna mysiga lägenhet med närhet till vacker natur. Området är ett lugnt nybyggt villaområde. Busshållplats finns 2 minuter till fots från lägenheten. Buss till Centrum tar 17 minuter, arenastaden 12 minuter. Avgångar var 20:e minut. Gratis parkering vid lägenheten. Det finns en 120 säng och en 90 våningssäng. Soffan i vardagsrummet är 90cm bred och 175cm lång. Det finns inget fönster i sovrummet. Trappan är brant, men gångvänlig. Lägenheten ligger i garagebyggnad.

Högebo, where land and lake meet

We live on the upper floor of our nearly two hundred years old house and you can hire the ground floor with its nice veranda looking out on the lake. You only have to cross the garden and walk down a slope to come to our little beach with its boathouse. From there you can paddle out on the lake in a canoe, go fishing, take a swim or just relax. We live with our dog and two Icelandic horses in the middle of the woods where you can walk, cycle and collect mushrooms or blueberries.
