The studio has met all my expectations: quiet and in a beautiful location, located on the ground floor, clean, everything necessary available; good bus connections (from/to Holmredder) to the city. Alexandra's apartment is perfectly located and even though it is a lively neighborhood, there is peace in the apartment. Really cozy apartment with lovely sunny balcony. We enjoyed the stay.

Chantal's apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. Everything was very clean and public transport was very easy to reach. Supermarkets were within walking distance. Chantal always responded promptly to questions. We felt very comfortable.

Great value, peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs, close to the U-bahn station, supermarket, restaurants. Tanya was quite responsive and helpful and thoroughly explained how everything in the apartment worked.

Everything just as on photos and in description, perfect location for staying while travelling by car - but it’s even possible to get there by public transport if needed. Apartment well equipped with amenities, clean and cozy. We had a great stay!

It was really sooooo good 👍 All the furniture was new, clean and comfortable. But I was a little confused because there was an arrow on the 18a sign. But it’s not too big deal. I will definitely choose this house next time I come to this city.

Great host and great place

Spend two nights at the large apartment. Walking distance to old town. Peter responded quickly and was helpful when we needed help.

We spent two beautiful days in the bright and friendly apartment – together with my girlfriend's four-year-old daughter. The apartment was clean, welcoming and cozy, so we felt right at home. The parking fees in the parking garage are not without, but the wellness area and especially the swimming pool delighted us. The location couldn't be better either: the sea is almost right outside the door! We were able to enjoy the water, stroll along the promenade and browse the many small shops. All round, a successful short trip

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was very clean and really homely. We found it a bit unfortunate that neither bed linen nor towels are provided at the price. As with the other guests, the Wi-Fi router has been negatively remembered. We already covered it with a hat the first night because it is really very light and hangs almost directly over the bed. We also felt like it was very warm in the apartment. We were there in April and actually had the windows open permanently. However, these points are just small details and not a real criticism.

We had a very nice vacation. Everything in the apartment was as described. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work.

This apartment met and exceeded all expectations, an absolute recommendation. Very stylish, clean and great explanations. The house and parking are easy to find . The rooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and hot tub with sea view on the spacious terrace are great as described. The gas fireplace is also worth it! Small notes would only be instructions for gas tampering as well as other privacy on the roof terrace.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

It was a super uncomplicated communication. The house was the same as in the pictures and in a great condition with great furnishings and a super nice garden. The highlight is the hot tub. It was a real stroke of luck .

My family was very happy with the place. It was clean, tidy and very nice. The owners of this AirBnB are very friendly and open people. They are good hosts. The accommodation I can only recommend.
