Distance from parking 30 m. height and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill :) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the cottage. Electricity is limited -solar panel. You have a boat on the river (Sharka) available, it is inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage.
