Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kufstein District

Great hosts, friendly and helpful, apartment equipped with everything you need. Also toys for the children (almost 1 year and 4 years) for the smallest was also everything there (travel cot, high chair, changing mat, diaper pail, etc.) Great location and some mountain railways nearby. Hiking trails and refreshments everywhere. We can only recommend the apartment.

- Really very nice place to stay - Good amenities in the kitchen - Warm welcome -faster check-in -Very nice wellness area -Large room for skis and shoes - Ample parking right by the property - Very clean 2 things that bothered me a little was once that you can't regulate the heating yourself, but on request, it was immediately complied with and adjusted accordingly. The other was that you have no way to put your clothes apart from a large closet where you have a compartment and otherwise only a clothes rail. Except for this little thing a great stay and we would definitely go there again.

Extremely enjoyable stay at Katharina's who is an outstanding host. First of all Katharina (who speaks very well French) was kind enough to upgrade us as soon as we arrived. Then the apartment (2) and the place as a whole are in an impeccable state of cleanliness. Everything is new or in excellent condition and very functional. If so, Katharina will come on a daily basis to make sure nothing is missing. The views are superb too. In conclusion, I highly recommend this accommodation that will meet all your expectations (even better). And again Thanks to Katharina for her wonderful welcome.

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children in the apartment Danijela and felt completely comfortable. The space is modern and tastefully decorated – there was really nothing missing. Everything was very clean and tidy, which was particularly important to us. The hosts are very friendly and warm. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and also the location is ideal. A special highlight was the sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventuring. We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful location to unplug. In the middle of nature to boot directly. Alternatively, you stay 'at home',enjoy the birds chirping,the sauna,the wood-burning stove or what you think about. Price performance completely reasonable,gladly again. Thanks a bunch

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Harald is a great host who makes a lot of effort and takes good care. The apartment was lovingly prepared - A very charming modernized cabin with interesting gadgets (sunbed, steam shower), but without a dishwasher/washing machine. The restored walls/floors are visually magnificent, but also lead to dust and one or other splinters with my son. The sleeping situation was a bit challenging for us as a larger family, as only one double room is lockable and the entire apartment is very clairaudient (two single beds in the open living area, an open sleeping camp with 4 beds and 1m ceiling height). The outdoor area is magnificent with "beach area" including hammocks and swimming pond. Fresh eggs from the chickens to collect yourself.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

A beautiful, extremely functional house with extremely tasteful decor. Also, everything you might need is there (esp. winter things, but also bicycles). Three terraces and retreats for everyone and the location is one of the most beautiful in this area (Prama is right in front of the Wilder Kaiser and you can walk there). The hostess is also very kind, any problems are solved immediately.

We felt super comfortable in this beautiful holiday home. All rooms were modern and clean and as described in the listing. We especially loved the e-bikes whose use was included in the price. Upon arrival in the apartment, we already found activities suggestions, hiking bike tour maps, so we could start directly planning our activities. We would book this place again anytime.
