In the cottage by the shore of Höytiäinen, you can spend your holiday surrounded by a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Preparing food with the Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the terrace on a gas grill. Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen tap. Guests have access to the entire cottage, which includes sleeping accommodations for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Self-service two-room apartment in the center of Joensuu. Cozy, sauna apartment in a house, glazed balcony for evening sun and central but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking space in the courtyard, plus 8h parking spaces on the street (8 am - 6 pm). NOTE: Self-service, which means you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow them from the closet. Wash and dry the borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Studio apartment in a peaceful area in Niinivaara

The clean 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet cottage of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same property as a single-family home completely separate and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1.4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants, and ski trails/jogging trails start in the backyard. Two bicycles are available for the guest. Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

From your own dock, you can take a dip! Use of the hot tub is included in the booking price. In the yard, there is a tennis/small game field. This place is perfect for both relaxing and active vacations – ski and outdoor trails nearby. Ask about the possibility of an extra bed if needed!

Motorboat available for rent for fishing. Bring your own linens and towels.
