The house feels remote, but restaurants and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It is very well equipped and has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for an autumn/winter getaway - no matter what the weather. There are good hiking and climbing opportunities in the area. Lucia is a great hostess. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with Melanie for the second time now and it was all great again. Melanie is super sweet and always available and helpful. Our children felt comfortable on the horse farm and were happy to be able to pet Icelandic horses every day:) The accommodation is also cozy and has everything you need. So we'd love to come back a third time:)

We stayed at this great place with our two kids for two nights. It is very lovingly and stylishly furnished, so we felt immediately comfortable! Felix is very nice and accommodating. Clear recommendation! We will be happy to come back sometime.

We stayed with friends with Uta and her husband and were thrilled! Both are very friendly and helpful. The apartment offers enough space for four people, is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need. Our highlight was the permanent stove!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house is a real home and you can feel the love in every detail. It has anything you may need. Fantastic for kids with a variety of toys and playground equipment. There are chickens and birdhouses full of chirping starlings and others. There is also a fantastic outdoor area which we would definitely enjoy if we came in warmer season. Brigit was really helpful and unmatchedly friendly. I absolutely recommend this listing. It's pure treasure.

Stayed for a couple of nights with kids. Enjoyed the place and surroundings. Pretty much isolated village surrounded by farms. Lots of great hiking opportunities in radius of 10 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store in 7 minutes by car.

Andreas is a warm and attentive host. We felt right at home in this beautiful house in a natural location. The living-dining room area has high quality of stay, the used building technology is well thought out. The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated, the quiet environment, blinds and comfortable beds allow for a deep sleep. There were four of us staying there varied and at the same time relaxing weekend.

We felt right at home in the great wooden house and had a great time due to the warm hosts. The highlights include heating via the oven and sauna for us. We will be happy to come back! Thank you very much dear Raimund and dear Renate!

This was our favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment was adorable, the host was friendly and accommodating, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. There were little touches everywhere—from the adorable autumn decor to some complimentary locally brewed German beers in the fridge—to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Hospitality is a big deal in the southern United States where I’m from, but if it’s a bigger deal anywhere else it’s certainly Germany! Our host, Rochus, was flexible with some scheduling changes we had to make shortly before checkin, he met us personally to show us around the unit, he communicated with us throughout our stay, and he was responsive to our questions. We loved everything about our visit here, and if I return to Bamberg in future I will definitely rebook. It was so nice to come home to this lovely little space each day after visiting family and sightseeing . Highly recommend! Thank you, Rochus and family, for the wonderful accommodations!

Great location and just perfect communication. We arrived a little later - which was no problem at all due to the flexible check-in. The apartment had everything we needed - we were mostly on the road anyway and it was all within walking distance. We were very pleased! Thank you!

Small, fine apartment with great amenities. Old town is within walking distance and there are some hints and tips from Gisela. Communication and check in / check out went smoothly, flexible and Gisela is very kind and helpful. For a getaway weekend (or even a longer time) in Coburg a very good choice!

An excellent place to stay for both a short and long term. The house is very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Had a great time during my stay at Jennifer Place, super clean and tidy, the house is easy to find and close to the city. there's also free parking zone right in front of the House, makes the stay even easier. 100% worth it. love it sooo much. The Host, Jennifer, also so helpful and fast respond.

Rudolf and Maria are very warm and attentive hosts, which is also reflected in the beautiful accommodation. The apartment "Storchenbabel" is spacious, clean and "equipped with everything". The bed is large and comfortable. Towels, toilet paper, paper towels and much more are abundant. From the windows you can see into the thoughtfully designed garden and have a beautiful view of surrounding elevations and forests. We had a really nice time here and would be happy to come back :) Franziska and Uwe

The location of the apartment was wonderfully central and also wonderful walks right outside the front door. The key was also handed over in person, which I felt very positive.

It was a lovely place to stay. Everything you need and Katharina and Daniel are very hospitable. We will be happy to come back!

We felt warmly welcomed with nice welcome greetings in the form of fruit, local beer and bedding on the pillow. Beautiful hiking area with tours for all requirements. Overall a great time in Heiligenstadt.
