“The house itself is more than 100 years old, Kate has done a magical work to it which allows it to have all the convenient facilities but without losing its antique house taste. The glowworm is just within walking distance, it was like a little night adventure that highlights our trip. Thanks for your nice recommendation Kate. All the best.”

“Very lovely room, we can totally recommend it! There also was a scrapbook with lots of information about Greymouth and the whole region, different restaurants, activities etc. And I love the idea of the minibar where you can take some snacks, food or drinks for little money.”
You will be staying in a self contained 1 bedroom apartment with wet area shower. The apartment is light and spacious, sparkling cl We are located 13 ks south of Greymouth, 8 ks inland from the Paroa Hotel. Our property is in a rural setting with farms surrounding us, however, we are nestled among a beautiful array of trees and garden on the property. There is limited WIFI and no mobile phone connectivity here because of the trees. The nearest convenience store is Paroa along with a hotel.
“Gayle & Ken were very helpful and gave us many great tips for local walks and things to do. The place was bigger than expected and the kitchen is well equipped. One thing to keep in mind though is that the internet connection is not great and you have no phone connection, which also lends itself well for a tranquil weekend offline. ;)”
