The property exceeded our expectations. Gautam is gem of a person. He ensured the place was ready and allowed to check-in at 12 PM even though the check-in was at 2 PM. Gautam is flexible and his guest-first approach will definitely take him to great heights. Highly recommended property. Washing Machine, AC and other amenities were useful. Lift facility and car parking area are the added touch. Very close to Vaikom Mahadev Temple. 5 STARS!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Vivek’s three-bedroom flat in Vytilla. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—close to major roads, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Vivek was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Arun's flat is a lovely comfortable place to stay. The location is good, close to a supermarket, easy for taxis to find and plenty to see and do. A short Autorickshaw ride to the metro is also handy and makes seeing the rest of the city easy. Aran is a great host, always reponsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

Beautiful homestay with 2 minutes walking distance to the great beach . Sebastian and family is very friendly and helped to explore locally with restaurants and with other places. Highly recommend this place who like to be in a safe and comfortable environment!!

I stayed here only for one day but I must thank Anthony Uncle and Tessy Aunty for making all the arrangements, most importantly an early check-in request as we were reaching early in the morning. i would highly recommend their property. beautiful house with peaceful locality and very well located close to the ernakulam town railway station and other places . looking forward to visit again . i would highly recommend this to an individual or a group of 6-8 people as well.

We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic.
