I spent 3 nights at the White Square Homestay and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean place in a beautiful house not far away from town (accessible by bus). The family is extremely friendly and they will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. They cook the best food that I have tried in my 7 months in Sri Lanka ! On top of the delicious food, I really enjoyed the balcony from which you can see peacocks, mangoose and grizzled giant squirrels ! I will definitely stay with Chandana's family again :)

My stay at Lilu's was sublime, one of the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever done. Breakfast is delicious and the views are breathtaking! Thank you for everything ❤️

What can we say about this amazing place? It is a peace of paradise. We have stayed here with our 1 year old daugther. It was one of few places were they provided a crib for our little one. Your are surrounded with only nature with the avocado trees, papaya jackfruit, sound of birds, beautiful flowers. The balcon is great, with a big roof, so you can even sit dry. With our baby Who is walking you still had to be careful. The place is very clean, the bed the best. The kidness of Amaili and her family makes it complete. The response is very quick, even early morning;) and they even take care of my husband when he had the fever. We were sad to leave but so glad that we have found this treasure. Book for a beautiful stay at Ella!

My stay at this place by the water was simply & good. The natural sounds and the view of the temple create an peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxation. My host was fantastic!!!He speaks excellent English, gave me great tips, and even organized a full-day tour for me. He was patient, kind, and always helpful. The accommodation is slightly away from the tourist crowds—exactly what I was looking for. I stayed for two nights and was completely satisfied. The room had everything I needed, including a small balcony.
