The place is situated near hill where aunty has built a beautiful garden and a place for animals to drink water. It is very peaceful and scenic. Additionally, aunyt's cooking is awesome and chai is simply out of the world.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing stay .The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was Peaceful and beautiful located on the 9 th floor giving a beautiful view. The host was very much responsive to our Queries and friendly too. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Meeting Dr. Jodha and Mr. Dheeraj, along with their family, was an absolute delight. For me and my family, it truly felt like a second home. My kids even found “grandparents away from home” in them. They are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We arrived early, and they graciously opened their personal kitchen so we could prepare a meal for our kids after traveling 800 km. They made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect, and I am certain we will visit them again during the monsoon. Palm Villa is an excellent place for kids, offering a spacious environment and access to a rooftop. You can even meditate under the clear sky, adding to the serene experience. I highly recommend Palm Villa—it’s a place you won’t regret choosing Sparrows and Tailor Bird will sing for you every morning. My kids are already nostalgic and didn’t want to leave!

I was searching for a accommodation for our short Udaipur trip and found this place,as I was traveling with senior citizen and infant and by own car so my priorities were family friendly place with fully operational kitchen and parking and glad that I booked this. Host Mr Madhav was very responsive since I first messaged him. Location is little away from main tourist area (lake Pichola) but thats not an issue,hardly 20 min drive and you are between every thing,peaceful area but zomato/Swiggy and Instamart available for food and grocery. The property is inside an apartment building with dedicated parking space.The flat was exactly as in photo,near and clean ,nothing to complain during our stay. And the cherry on top was care taker Laher singh,he was too courteous and active,he made breakfast for us and was good in cooking too. Overall it was a perfect stay and nothing to complain about,certainly going to stay again if visiting Udaipur.
