Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

Here you live in one of Kungshamn's coziest cottages! Close to everything, 200 meters to the harbor, 100 meters to grocery store, restaurants and shops. The cabin is located on a quiet and peaceful street. Cozy patios and high cozy factor indoors. 6 beds are available in the sleeping loft (not free standing height) but you can also sleep 2 people in the sofa bed on v 1. Most amenities are available, just bring sheets, duvet and pillows are there. Swimming areas are within an 8-10 minute walk.

Welcome to a modern, built apartment (2022) in central Kungshamn. The 50 sqm apartment has 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, private laundry and a small patio. The bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and the living room a sofa bed – sleeping up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Quiet location about 300 m from the sea and restaurants, 4 minutes to the harbour and boats to Smögen. Scenic walking trail and outdoor gym nearby. 1 parking included.

Välkomna till detta soliga och havsnära samt familjevänliga boende i Kungshamn! Här bor ni härligt 10+ Vill du njuta av allt som kusten har att erbjuda men ändå inte bo mitt i smeten? Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

Enjoy the charm of a nice cottage. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make out the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you go down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with a 160 bed.

Vårt hus ligger på en lugn gata och det är ca 1,5 km ner till Kungshamns centrum där båtar går till både Smögen och Hållö. Det finns många fina platser i omgivningarna inom promenadavstånd. Boendet är på 2a våningen. Parkering finns på tomten. OBS! Slutstädning ingår ej! Handdukar och lakan ingår.

The apartment is about 100 meters from Tången's nice swimming area. A beautiful and quiet area close to the sea. The apartment is normally rented to 2 people but since there are 2 extra beds, it is also suitable for a family with children. Double bed in private bedroom. The 2 extra beds are in the living room. Approximately 2-3 km to the city center, shops, bus stop. Free parking for 1 car.

Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
