Large, nice house with large garden and parking

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

Here you have the possibility to stroll in the forest or scout animals out in the fields. In the summer, there is Hjälmaren and nice swimming in the nearby area. Nice excursions are also nearby such as Stora Sundby Castle with cafe in summer, farm shop and nice walking paths, Parken Zoo in Eskilstuna and Julita Gård.

The bedroom has one 120cm bed, one 90 cm bunkbed. Sofabed for two in the livingroom. 2-3 people is ideal. A big garden is shared with the host. The house is just 50 m away from a family friendly beach. The porch has a beautiful view over the Mälaren sea. The house is located a 5 min car drive outside of Kungsör, a small idyllic city. You can travel to Stockholm from Kungsör by train in 1:20 h. The house which is built in 2016 is equipped with most modern facilities. It is surrounded by forests and meadows with plenty of nice pathways, and the Mälaren sea just in front of the house with the opportunity of free fishing.

Located surrounded by nice nature and good walking paths. Please note that you bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and duvets are of course provided.

View of the golf course with little lake. Walking paths in the forest and nature conservation area. Rural Cafe/restaurant/shop is 5-10 minutes walk away. Golf and padel court as well as Mälaren with a swimming area about: 200 m away. Possibility to rent a rowboat and sup boards are available.

Studio 1-4 persons with pool and sauna

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Idyllic guesthouse on the country side!

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.

Exclusive cottage with high standard. Situated on a cozy farm with forest around the corner. Generously sized porch with roof that surrounds the cottage. Outdoor furniture´s and grill are available. The house and the garden are not suitable for small children. The cottage have Tv with chromecast, sound system and sauna. The host couple lives in another house on the farm. The nearest town (Köping) is about 5 km away.
