The place was very easy to find. The location is gorgeous. You have your peace and quiet, but Kuopio is not that far. You can get to the city quickly. The house is fantastic. Located right on the lake, large, clean, perfectly equipped. It makes you feel right at home. Sirpa was always happy to help with questions and responded quickly. All in all, I highly recommend it.

Sirikka hosted us very well, she wanted to come shake our hand and show us around the accommodation properly. Accompanied by her son who also welcomed us. The clean accommodation was well heated, beds made and clean and special touches for breakfast etc. It's a great place to stay for the journey.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. We filled our day with sauna, swimming in the lake and cooking in the nice outdoor kitchen. There are some chores, such as replenishing water, but we enjoyed doing that. The bed is lovely and there is everything else you need. Charging phones went fine (if you would at least want that;))

We spent a weekend at Sanna’s place and it served our family of five well. Very calm and peaceful place right by the lake. Cabin is well equipped and functioning.

We had a lovely stay, Paavo's place is perfect. It has everything you need and Paavo is a great host, responds quickly and is very available. i would recommend this listing without hesitation.

It's a great place! Even more amazing than the photos of the apartment suggested. Fully luxurious with its facilities and scenery. The air was too warm for us, to try the sauna and smoke sauna, but we don't doubt their splendor for a moment. Communication between the owners was quick and informative. We've been in airbnb apartments in five different countries about nine times, and this place goes to the top. For foreigners, if you want the perfect Finnish experience, look no further. This is perfect.

Everything went very comfortably and the cottage was comfortably spacious and well-equipped. We got an extra open to make an ice saw and a kaita, and we also got to use the lakeside sauna. Very good experience!

Mauno’s place was idyllic. Just as the photos and description but even better in our opinion. The Mökki is directly by the lake with swimming from the jetty or the small beach. The Sauna was lovely, with a view of the lake. Beds were comfy, the kitchen has everything you need. We picked berries in the forest close by. Perfect for families. It’s been our children’s favourite holiday. Mauno and his wife made us feel very welcome when we arrived and really respect your privacy. We would love to come back one day.

This Archipelago City home was a great fit for our group of three families. We had a great time. There was plenty of space and things to do. Special thanks for the steam and small football field in the yard sauna. Stunning views of Kallavesi. Recommended!

Everything went great!

This place was the absolute highlight of our trip to Finland! It's the most beautiful little island and everything was very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed it and would love to return one day.

Our stay was a blessing. The arrival was very heartfelt, the house was warm and lit. The house is very cosy and well-thought out. Everything you need is present. Fire wood is available and everything to create a nice relaxing time. We loved the birds and the lake. There is a lovely swing bench near the lake with a fire place to enjoy the morning and sunset. The sauna is a wonderful and neat. We loved exactly everything about the stay and the contact with Jenny. She’s a very compassionate host. Would love to visit again some day.
