Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. 1 großes Bad - Dusche +Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Küche ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle , Kochfeld , Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher , Spülmaschine. Kaffee+Tee + Grundausstattung gratis vorhanden. 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheit von Baden-Baden und Umgebung zu entdecken. Entspannen Sie in den berühmten Caracalla-Thermen, probieren Sie Ihr Glück im historischen Casino oder genießen Sie die Natur im nahegelegenen Schwarzwald. Auch kulturelle Highlights wie das Festspielhaus sind bequem erreichbar. Mit dem Auto sind es 5min bis zum Festspielhaus und 10min bis zum Zentrum und den Thermen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 160m und 2min zu Fuß entfernt.

Historie: Erbaut wurde das Grundstück ab 1920 und war bis zu den Anfang 2000er ein kleiner Getränkemarkt. Das Tiny House wurde vor dem Umbau als Lager / Verkaufshaus genutzt.

Our cozy apartment has been rented again since June 2024 after we renovated the bathroom and kitchen. It is located in the attic of our residential building, is a total of about 50 square meters and has a large, bright room, a bathroom and a kitchen. You have your own realm above ours, which means we may meet, but you are still completely on your own. You can park your car on our property.
