Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

Had a lovely stay in Fort Kochi! The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions, cafes, and the beach. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay.

We really loved the stay here, it was very peaceful and nice. The house was squeaky clean and they were thoughtful to provide a few extra amenities which made our stay with kids easier. The Caretaker was polite and helpful.

The property is beautifully maintained, with high-quality furniture and modern kitchen appliances that made everything feel super comfortable and convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!
