Granny Futhi is an amazing host she's readily available for any questions or requests, her responses and instructions are swift and clear. Her house is beautiful and clean, in a peaceful area. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place in Eshowe.

We had the most magnificent stay in Bev and Phil's place - everything was amazing! It is impossible to put that view into words - and to wake up to it every morning was just unreal. I had to pinch myself every day to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Everyone in the family had the best time - the kids, the grandparents, and the pups included! Thank you Bev for being so welcoming, and just so lovely to deal with. You made our stay even more special. We can't wait to come back.

My family and I had a beautiful stay. We spent majority of our time outside and enjoying the nature that surrounds the house. The house is spacious, clean and feels like home. Zimbali Estate is amazing and we had stunning beach days and lazy days by the various pools. The hosts are communicative and responsive.

Home is lovely and beautiful. The estate has many pools and restaurants and lots of areas for children to play and swim. Grant was a great host and would highly recommend Grant and this property! We can’t wait to come again .

It's really a huge and very nice house with what felt like an endless amount of rooms – perfect for a big family or group of friends. The neighborhood is calm and feels very safe. In october (when we went) it unfortunately was still to cold to use the swimming pool, but I can imagine it to be quite nice, just as the garden and balcony which are really nice to spend some time. The very nice, thoughtful domestic helper was there during the week and made sure that everything was clean and even offered to wash our clothes. Also, the dogs of the hosts were in the accomodation with us, so we had a little company during our stay :)

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb in Salt Rock for my brother’s wedding, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Each room had its own private bathroom, which was a huge bonus. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area created a wonderful, spacious feel that made the entire stay so comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning – we even had the incredible sight of dolphins right from the property! A lovely touch was the wine and snacks provided on arrival, which made us feel extra welcomed. Caroline, the housekeeper, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again in the future – highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great and we enjoyed the short walks down to the beach. Carol was simply amazing, and the house is super clean and comfortable. The house has spectacular views of the sunrise. We would love to visit again!

Fantastic place to stay in a really tranquil setting. I would definitely recommend it if you love nature and animals and just want to escape the chaos of the city for a few days.

We had never stayed in an Airbnb property before and so had no idea what to expect. However, The Lilypad surpassed anything we could have imagined. The house itself was beautiful and much bigger than it seemed in the photos and Derrick and Margi are the perfect hosts. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Even the monkeys turned up to watch us eating lunch in the garden one day. It was like a wildlife documentary in reverse! We could not believe their generosity in taking our children to the airport at 5.30am after we left! If all Airbnb properties and hosts are all like this then we are hooked. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The pics don't do the place justice, it was more than what I expected. Perfect place to rest and recharge. Resa is a phenomenal host. Definately coming back.

Beautiful spacious house in beautiful surroundings with great birdlife and wildlife, very close to a private beach. Really enjoyed our time and would have loved an extra day or 2 to explore all that Princes Grant has to offer. Hosts were really friendly, communicative and accomodating

This is a really lovely location, with great view of the Tugela River and the Colenso hills. Very peaceful and comfortable stay and an extremely well-equipped kitchen! The farm milk is a perfect extra touch. Just be aware that the last few kilometres are over extremely poor roads so avoid driving there during darkness.
