We have prepared a Guest House with an area of more than 100m2. Three bedrooms can sleep 9 people in the loft. In addition, the loft has a TV room and a small bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a spacious, comfortable corner, and a large table for 8 people. The kitchen has complete equipment with oven, dishwasher, very rich set of dishes. Another bathroom with a cabin and a washing machine. A winter terrace with another table, a corner, a piano is adjacent to the house. A stone patio in front.

POPIELATO is a year-round, small house (35 m2), for 2 - 4 people, located on the edge of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. There's an amazing panorama of the Sudeten from here. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub (wood-burning) pack that can be accessed directly from a large patio. The cottage is located on a fenced-in plot (1,000 m2), which is perfect for pets.

Perfekt for multigenerational family. You can sleep here, eat bread and stare at the meadows and mountains. We have prepared an attic with four bedrooms (with bathrooms) for sleeping. You can cook in a well-equipped kitchen. You will eat in the living room with a seating area and access to a large terrace. Bread (and other baked goods) made on site can be ordered for Thursday or Saturday. There is a parking lot on the premises that can accommodate about five cars.

Welcome to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.
