A 35 square meters studio in 4th floor with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and balcony, located in a nice area in the center of Athens. Buses to the center are passing outside the house and the walking distance to the closest metro station (Victoria metro station) is around 10 minutes. The flat is also very close to the National Archaeological Museum and the main railway station of Athens. Easy check-in/out. A lockbox with the keys inside is located outside the main entrance of the building.

Apartment 85sqm in the 4st floor fully renovated furnished and equipped for total relaxion.It is on the famous pedestrian of Fokionos Negri in Kypseli,part of the Athens' downtown,in the old aristocratic area of the city surrounded by the neoclassical buildings,Bauhaus and Art Deco.It was a reference point for the artistic community and not only.
What guests are saying:“We had a great time at Sofia's place. The apartment is big, with all the amenities one could need. It's a bit away from the city centre, but accessible by public transport (which can get quite chaotic at times) or even by walking (but that takes cca 45 mins). It's located on a nice pedestrian street, with lots of bars and restaurants and a small market 2 min away. As a consequence it can get loud during the weekend (at least if you're sleeping in the room overlooking the street). Communication with Sofia was easy and she kindly let us check in a bit earlier than the official time. We would definitely recommend staying at Sofia's place to anybody visiting Athens.”
