Smart TV, fibre and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home offices. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Mulighet for å låne gratis robåt i nærmeste innsjø. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat kjøkken. Hund tillatt

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

There are full tableware, cutlery, glasses, pots and frying pan. Cozy fire pit area with blue pan and possibility to cook on a fire pit.🔥 Outhouse with bio toilet and single sink with foot pump. There is no electricity.
