Come and settle in our neatly designed apartment located in the centre of La Roche-Chalais and just a dozen minutes from the equestrian centres of Chamadelle! This village boasts a bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria, press point and a renowned restaurant within walking distance. The supermarket is less than1 km away! The vineyards are located about ten minutes, Saint-Emilion is only about 30 minutes without forgetting the cooperatives of Cognac and Bordeaux about an hour.

Private pond with 2 islets for fishing, boating... Our horses live peacefully on the property.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully-equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
