Beautiful villa located within 5 mins short walk from the beach Grau Castellon. The modern villa which includes a pool and a spacious garden is located in an attractive, quiet residential area boarding the Castellon Golf course and the park Pinar. The villa consists of 4 spacious rooms with two of the rooms having en suite bathrooms. Street parking around the house is free. All the rooms have non restrictive lovely views such as to the faraway mountain range. Entrance to the beach front located in a fabulous location as there are a number of restaurants and cafes as soon you reach there. In addition the golf club also located just next to the Villa if you fancy a game of golf, padel, tennis or just to use cafe restaurant. Grau seafront main restaurants are also within walking distance whether you feels like a paella or a nice cocktail. The bus/ tram connection is located just a short walk from the house on the way to the beach side providing easy access to Benicasim or to Castellon Center.

This accommodation is a haven of tranquility: relax with your family or friends, and don't forget your pet! Prepare your barbecues and don't forget your swimsuit! In a mountain area and 20 minutes from the beach. Five minutes from the airport and with all the amenities of a city less than 20 minutes away. Shared parking, garden, and pool. We have two dogs on our property that are part of the family, they will not be with the guests. If you don't like dogs, don't worry, this place is not for you.

This architectural brainchild (SpronkenHouse) of sculptor Xander Spronken is one of the 2 art houses amidst the lush hills of Castellon, located on a private estate of 10 hectares with almond and olive trees, (only 35 minutes from the sea). The setting is very quiet. The large floor-to-ceiling windows of the villa offer stunning views of the Iberian mountains with the 1,800-meter-high Penyagalosa peak as the centerpiece. Via a private access road, you enter the estate.
