The proposed accommodation is upstairs and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace. You will have access to the common garden, equipped with a relaxation area with deckchairs and games for children. A barbecue is at your disposal.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Ideally located between Gap and Embrun, 5 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon, 15 minutes from Réallon station and Parc des Écrins. For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

I chose and furnished this accommodation to offer travelers what I look for when I am traveling myself: A welcoming, well-equipped, quiet place, that you can invest in by feeling almost at home... You will have a 20 m2 living room with equipped kitchen and dining area giving access to an 8 m2 terrace; a TV lounge and a 15 m2 bedroom with 160 X200 cm bed (2 beds of 80 and a common mattress topper, recent bedding), a bathroom with toilet.

Gite in the heart of the village of Ancelle

Located in the heart of the village resort of Ancelle, our cottage is set up on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). With a surface area of 40 m2, it is arranged for 4 people. It is attached to our dwelling house where we produce craft beers. For lovers of old stones and old larches.

Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
