First, we'll pick the equipment according to your body (height etc) and your previous experience in similar sports. We'll cover all the technique on sand first: how to grab the paddle, how to use it, how to stand and stay on the board, the most common mistakes to avoid and bonus tips & tricks to make it easier for you! We don't just want you to learn how to paddle, but also to understand perfectly why you do what you do and how to perform each move and exercise to avoid injuries, to put all your body at work and enjoy the experience from the very first movement. Once we've covered everything, we'll head to the most exciting part: the water at sunset! Together we'll put at work everything we'll have learned on land, and your instructor will be with you at all times, not only to make you feel safe and confident, but to correct your posture, paddling and technique in general. You're going to be amazed by the quietness of the open sea at sunset with the reflection of the sun diving into the water, which will make your experience one of the most special of your stay in Fuengirola. It's even possible to see dolphins!! You really can't miss this! We'll leave together right before it gets dark to make it easier, and we will close the experience having a drink together to chat about it! First round is on us! Anyone that can steer a bike can now climb hills and trails that were previously accessible to only the fittest and most dedicated cyclists. On the explorer tour, with a bit of effort, you will adventure to the foothills of the Sierra Blanca. You will cycle along traditional trails to visit unspoilt white villages like Istán where we can have a quick drink and experience the traditional Andalusian way of life. Then back on the bikes to discover the beauty of the Mediterranean forest and enjoy spectacular views back down to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Mediterranean far below. You will receive full instructions on using your E-MTB so that you can safely enjoy the beauty of the Mountains and get to where only the toughest and strongest cyclists could reach before.
