Det er totalt 10 faste sengeplasser i huset. Lekkert uteområde med stor terrasse og infinity pool. De nærmeste restaurantene ligger 3 minutters gange fra villaen, og det tar bare 10 minutter å spasere til stranden og inn til La Cala sentrum. Villaen har heis mellom etasjene for enkel tilkomst for rullestolbrukere.
