New and fully equipped accommodation located on a wooded lot; large terrace and garden (with barbecue); close to many tourist attractions and swimming spots. It is very close to the city center, the market, shops, bars and restaurants located on the banks of the Vezere (10 min walk). It is an ideal location for a discovery of the International Centre d 'Art Pariétal Lascaux, but also for a tourist discovery of the Dordogne: Sarlat, Les Eyzies, hotspot of Prehistory, Périgueux, capital of Périgord...

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
