You will appreciate its large equipped kitchen and its central island overlooking the terrace and garden (not enclosed) , its 2 large bedrooms and its 35 m² mezzanine with seating area (double sofa bed), its children's play area and its breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The living room is air-conditioned and heated by a pellet stove. The cottage offers an EV charger outlet.

Spacious and bright in a very quiet residence and area for up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 queen size beds, separate toilet, shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher and high table. Parking space included with the accommodation. 20 min walk to the city center, 8 min drive to the train station, 30 min to the beach. Bonus: A regional cake and a beer are offered to welcome you.

The house is in a very quiet hamlet near nature and the surrounding woods (many walks on foot in perspective!). We wanted this house to be welcoming, we hope you will feel right at home. This house is accessible for people with reduced mobility (single-story, adapted toilet and bathroom)
