Independent entrance that leads to a living room with sofa bed with a real mattress for 2 people and television. Just behind a kitchen with hob,sink, toaster, normal coffee maker plus senseo and microwave and mini oven as well as a table. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.

A playground and sports equipment are available to walkers. 15 min from Logis de la Chabotterie, 40 min from Puy du Fou, 1 hr from the Atlantic Ocean, 30 min from Nantes and La Roche-sur-Yon, 20 min from Hellfest.

On the 6th and last floor of a quiet residence, it is located on the edge of the pentagon (city center), all services and places to go are within walking distance.
