We really enjoyed the stay at the house, it is comfortable, very well located and close to points of interest and restaurants. Emiliano and his team were always attentive to what was required. We will definitely be booking again for future visits.

I loved my stay in Huatulco, the house is comfortable and according to the photos and description. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding was impeccable, I felt at home, in addition to the region that is close to the center and commerce of the region. I'd be staying in this house for sure!

Wonderful stay with families!

We had a wonderful stay here! Our host was super helpful and accommodating! The house had all the essentials and location felt both peaceful and secure. One of the best gems was the private beach, accessible by taking 6min scenic cliff-side hike. Our kids aged 7-10 loved it and enjoyed the hike part as well. Important note: the private beach is best enjoyed at low tide, so morning through early afternoon. When the tide comes in, the sandy access is not available from the spot with clear bottom and no rocks/sea urchins. We would love to return here!

a cozy house, nice rooms with a view of the sea... but, the main one, a beautiful view that provides you to appreciate the sunrise. a beautiful room, with a balcony to enjoy a nice breakfast outdoors. WE LOVED IT...

It was a wonderful stay, it is a very clean, pleasant place with a wonderful sea view, we felt right at home, we relaxed a place with a wonderful vibe, in addition Isabel is an extraordinary host, she was always attentive, and in addition she is very kind, I highly recommend this place, to enjoy the beautiful Huatulco with the family.

The apartment was just as described, and very clean. The location is on the edge of Bahia de Santa Cruz which makes it extra quiet; but very walkable. Alan was our host and he was super friendly and professional. Make sure to sit on the balcony every morning to watch the colorful birds in the giant tree across the street….I must have seen at least 7 different types! This place was very cozy and had everything we needed; I hope to come back soon!

Very nice condo and location is perfect as it is very close to tourist shops and a couple of convenience stores. It is about a two block walk with easy access to get to the beach and park area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My stay was short, but it seemed like a good place to relax . If you don't want to go out , it has everything to rest at ease, very useful and beautiful.

The wow attention, the lovely ocean view! only if you have to climb two flights of stairs, light luggage is recommended and if they bring baby cwye sea with babysitteraporwue there are no ramps for carola .. the apartment is very nice and clean :)

Peaceful and lovely stay. Loved the rooftop pool and watching the sunset from there. Clean and accurate place, easy check-in, and super walkable area to lots of great restaurants. Air conditioning was awesome and the beds and couch was really comfortable. We had ear plugs to help but there are many neighborhood dogs that are very loud.

Everything excellent I loved the Depto. The facilities the restaurant food, the beach, I would definitely pick it again.

Wonderful accommodation - very spacious, comfortable and clean. The highlight for us was the pool. Walking distance to large grocery store, "Chedraui", which carried everything you needed. Very secure well maintained building and grounds. The security personnel were very accommodating calling taxis for us and selling large bottled water. Restaurants close by, "El Cajun" was our favourite in the complex and we unfortunately heard too late in the week about "Vienna" which is across the road above Liverpool Express which was a residents recommendation. Friendly residents that live in the complex. Local beaches - Playa Chahue across the road had red flags but looked Ok for swimming close to shore. A quiet hidden treasure is Playa El Tejon a 20 minute walk or 40 peso cab ride for ocean swimming and snorkelling. Chairs and cafes on the beach but a steep walk down. Jerod always was responsive to our texts.

We were very comfortable, from the beginning they were very friendly and attentive at all times to what we were offered, we were 5 min. by car from downtown,the area super quiet and safe... we would definitely come back ♥️

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful place. Very clean and tidy. It's as described. Both the apartment and the common areas very nice. equipped with everything necessary. The only thing uncomfortable would be the bus with music that runs constantly in the evenings until about midnight, but it's something that escapes the control of the building. Parking is street parking but we didn't struggle at all in finding a place to park. We look forward to coming back!!

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, very well located, we go for a walk to the beach, restaurants nearby and we feel safe. We had to host us on days that were doing maintenance in the building and there was a bit of dust derived from that but they warned us that they were going to be doing work with time. It was a very nice stay, to rest and get to know the surroundings of Huatulco.

It is a place of rest, very quiet and beautiful. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay. The beach is very accessible and pretty safe. Miss. Brenda always attentive.
