We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

The apartment is new and close to the center where you can go to restaurants, bars, shops and from the park you can take a taxi on site to any of the bays to spend your day at the beach. I would highly recommend it

A cozy, clean and tidy place

An excellent place to rest, have a good time as a family, we were able to store our car , everything was very central. We were very well received and would definitely come back again. Israel was always looking out for us.

A beautiful house and great hostess, we loved the stay, they were always very friendly and welcomed us very kindly. Perla was always available to us. My family and I really enjoyed the house, we would come back without thinking 😊🙏🏻

We picked this house because it was beautiful architecture and seemed very private and safe for our family. The house met all these expectations, looks just like the pictures. The pool is great, kitchen had what we needed. Although we chose house also for location away from hustle bustle, it was bummer not to be able to walk to anything. Main feedback to share that we didn't understand until we were there, is that to get to bedroom or bathroom, you have to go outside. There's a nice bathroom downstairs around corner of pool, and upstairs but the stairs to the bedroom are outside and then you go back inside. Maybe no problem with older kiddos/adults who really want the indoor/outdoor living experience... we found it little challenging with 2 kids under age 6. And will just mention as well lots of ants.. if we left a slice of cucumber on table, it would be covered in ants quickly. Federico who met us at check-in was super friendly and communicative! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
