Exceptional view of the Anse de Vauville from this cozy little cottage, on one level, nestled in the hollow of the moor and overlooking the nature reserve of La Mare. Veranda with panoramic views, terrace, grounds with lawn . A haven of peace and tranquility that will delight nature lovers, the house is close to the village, typical of the Hague, and the beach. Many paths crisscross the countryside, including the GR223 or "customs trail" that runs along the coast.

Come and discover our holiday home for families or groups of friends. From the terrace and each of the 3 bedrooms, the view of the sea and the nature reserve is exceptional. Sunset by the sea from the terrace is our favorite date! Access to the beach is via a beautiful 800m walking trail via the Vauville Mare Observatory (summer). It takes about 10 minutes to walk. Activities: GR223, sand yachting, surfing, cycling, botanical garden, games, etc.

Located in a green valley, amidst ornamental gardens, it is a recently restored single-family house (80 m²), respecting the typical rural habitat of Cotentin. Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Fort de Vauville

The Fort de Vauville, listed as a Historic Monument, was built in the 18th century and designed by the architect of Louis XIV, Sébastien de Vauban. Only house on the beach, exposed to rains, winds and storms, Fort de Vauville is rustic and not suitable for cozy people! This small fortress was built with the intention to protect the French coast. The Fort de Vauville is the last of the 40 then built at the time along the Cotentin coast.
